UK Chemical Stakeholder Forum REACH guidance

The UK Chemical Stakeholder Forum is a group of representatives from industry, NGOs, trade unions and the scientific community which meets regularly to discuss the chemical industry and provide advice to the government on managing the risks of chemicals.   They have provided some guidance which may be useful for companies new to REACH.
