Can't receive CRSHG emails?
Some CRSHG subscribers can have problems with receiving CRSHG emails directly, as they may be trapped in spam filters or junk folders.
Your I.T. Department may need to whitelist these IP addresses from GetResponse, the email service provider we currently use.
If this doesn't work, please contact and let us know. One option is to send emails to an alternative address, e.g. a gmail personal address, and we're happy to do that if it helps.
